Diversity policy

The Board of Directors of Avanza shall possess an appropriate collective expertise and experience of the activities undertaken, as well as be able to identify and understand the risks that the operation entails. The Board has a policy to ensure diversity in the Board. The aim of the policy is to produce a Board of varying ages, with a good distribution of gender and geographical origin, and with differing educational and professional backgrounds, all contributing to an independent, critical and inquisitive Board. Avanza has a Group-wide diversity and equality policy in place to promote diversity and to create a positive, open working environment.
