Avanza Bank Holding AB (publ) has issued Additional Tier 1 Capital of SEK 500 million. The bond is perpetual with a call option after five years. The coupon is 3M STIBOR+2.85 per cent. The instrument will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and the settlement date is 31 March 2026.

Avanza Bank Holding AB (publ) has issued Additional Tier 1 Capital of SEK 800 million. The bond is perpetual with a call option after five years. The coupon is 3M STIBOR+3.35 per cent. The instrument will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and the settlement date is 14 May 2025.
