Avanza Bank Holding AB (publ) has issued Additional Tier 1 Capital of SEK 500 million. The bond is perpetual with a call option after five years. The coupon is 3M STIBOR+2.85 per cent. The settlement date was 31 March 2026 and the bonds are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 27 April 2026.
