The Group consists of the listed Parent Company, Avanza Bank Holding AB (publ), and four wholly owned operating subsidiaries.
All operations are conducted in Sweden from one office in Stockholm. The large part of the operations is managed by the subsidiaries Avanza Bank AB (publ) and Försäkringsaktiebolaget Avanza Pension. Avanza Fonder AB offers our own funds and Placera Media Stockholm AB, which is fully independent from Avanza’s other operations, publishes news and offers impartial guidance through the financial site Placera.se.
The Avanza Group also includes the wholly owned subsidiaries Avanza Förvaltning AB, whose sole purpose is to acquire and further transfer warrants in the incentive programmes resolved by the General Meeting, as well as Sigmastocks AB and Sigmastocks Neo AB, which were acquired in 2025 but have not conducted any significant operations.
