Avanza Bank Holding (publ) issues Additional Tier 1 Capital (AT1) to optimise its capital structure. The issuance of SEK 500 million has a coupon of 3M STIBOR+2.85 per cent.
The bond is perpetual with a call option after five years. The instrument will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and the settlement date is 31 March 2026.
